Common questions
Is it only for punch lists?
No. Use it for quality control walks during the job, pre-punch checks on your own work, and the final punch. If you can point to it on a drawing, you can track it.
Can a subcontractor use it without the GC?
Yes. Set up your own account, add your foremen and crew leads, and run QC on your own scope. Your GC doesn't need to use it.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in your phone or desktop browser at app.scopeoptimized.com.
When a GC runs the job, what does a sub see?
Only the items assigned to their trade, with the photo, the pin location on the plan, and the status.
How do I get my data out?
Export a Procore import file or a PDF of your drawings with pins, and print per-trade packets.
Where is my data stored?
In a managed cloud database with photo storage.
